My experience at Domeo SA and Implenia Immobilier SA has enabled me to master land acquisition, strategic planning, managing contractors, financial structuring, and marketing strategy. Over the years, I have built a solid network of institutional and private partners and developed an approach that is both entrepreneurial and structured, focused on results and collaboration. Specializing in feasibility analysis, acquisition strategy, and value creation, I approach every opportunity with a 360° perspective. Joining the Investment Department at Switzerland Sotheby’s International Realty was a logical next step, at the intersection of development, real estate analysis, and the commercial aspects of transactions.
