Julie Ogiz

I’m an outgoing person who loves interacting with people and languages (I’m fluent in English and Italian and have a very good command of Spanish). I began my career in relocation, working with an international clientele that was often demanding. I then moved into property management, where I gained extensive knowledge and earned my federal certification. Sales naturally became a natural extension of my work. Feeling useful is a source of pride for me, and my priority is always to satisfy all parties involved in a real estate transaction—both the seller, who expects personalized service, and the buyer, for whom the purchase is often a very important milestone in their life. I make it a point of honor to always put people first. As someone passionate about singing and music in general, being a good listener allows me to identify each client’s specific needs.
